Do your catered events use only pigs, or can other meats be used?

Our approach to fine dining is such that pigs only create part of the dining plethora which we offer to our customers and clients, irrespective of party location or size of event. Although our name may suggest, to some, that hog roasting forms the inflexible core of our dining expression, we offer so much more than that. Whereas the 'Hog Roast' is indeed a tradition and one that does form a huge portion of what we do, every one of here at Premier Hog, from chef through to hog roast machine technician, believes that providing our customers with the choice they deserve is a quality which we attach the highest importance.

Throughout our decades within the competitive and highly interesting world of hog and spit roast event catering, we have amassed a huge back-catalogue of written and verbal feedback through each event, we aim to learn and develop ourselves in every aspect. Along with our celebrated beef loins which we can flame roast to perfection using our rotisseries, the scope for variety of meats is broad.
